EyeCare Virtual Assistant™

EyeCare Virtual Assistant™ is EyeCareWorks' remote placement service for optometry and ophthalmology practices. Your assistant handles reception, scribing or administrative work inside your own systems, on your practice's hours, for a flat $10 an hour.

Focus. A general or medical virtual assistant is trained broadly and learns eye care on your time. Every assistant placed through EyeCare Virtual Assistant™ completes more than 60 hours of optometry and ophthalmology training and assessments before placement, so vision plans, recalls, refractions and eye care EHRs are familiar on day one.

Every assistant placed through EyeCare Virtual Assistant™ completes formal HIPAA training and holds an active third-party HIPAA certification. The assistant signs a Business Associate Agreement directly with your practice and works from a secured workstation with hardwired internet and restricted local storage.

$10 an hour, flat, for every role. You are billed weekly for tracked productive hours only. No contracts, no setup fees, no notice period: cancel anytime.
