Step 5: HIPAA & Privacy CertificationComprehensive HIPAA training and testing. Every VA must pass before any client work. Strict confidentiality agreements are signed at this stage.
Step 6: Trial Tasks & Probation PeriodCandidates complete real eye clinic tasks under supervision. Only those who perform at a high standard are approved.
Step 7: Ongoing Performance Monitoring & Annual RetrainingOnce placed, we conduct regular audits, performance reviews, and annual retraining. You receive monthly reports and have a replacement guarantee if needed.
